injector/hpop/turbo/questions?

hey all ive been poking around and reading other threads looking for answers and ideas on what i should do with my truck. here is what i got
96 f-350 psd cclb
6637 intake
3in dp and 4 inch exhaust
zf-6spd manual swap from automatic
1.00 exhaust housing
ts 6-pos
fpr shim
superduty 7.3l intercooler
gauges
now i do tow with the truck usually my k5 blazer(bout4600lbs) on a 2,200lb car trailer rated at 7,500
from what i have read i think i wanna put in a set of 238cc 100% nozzle hybrids from rosewood but i am very worried bout how that will effect my towing capabilities. any feedback on that would be awesome!
i am also wondering what hpop setup i should use, do i need arp head studs, and what else would i need to run these and still have a very streetable truck?
and finally who would be the best to go with custom tunes for a good tow tune and street/extreme tunes for this set up? i am still new so any education on this would be great! thanks again!

I have swamps 238/80's and tow 11,000 ht, just be sure to get a custome tow tunes and and bigger turbo to clean up the smoke. studs push rod and springs cant hurt .

well i do daily drive this truck and pull sleds so im not really looking for the extra power for just towing. i am going to have the capability to build this truck this summer so i figure why not make it worth it. anyone know what hpop i should run and perhaps the turbo setup? do i need to go with the h2e or can i get away with a d66?

Whats your egt's like when towing with that housing? With bigger sticks that might be a concern, although with 283's a bigger leaf blower is in order anyway...

I would go with the Rosewoods and a D66 myself. The H2e is nice but requires a new pedestal, D66 is bolt in...

TW, DP, PHP, Beans, Gearhead all write custom tunes... I run Tonys tunes and love them. You also want to tow in a "tow tune". The shift points are different, and the tune fuels differently to help keep egts down.

I would go with a Terminator T550 hpop. Nothing heard but excellent things from these pumps...

One major component your forgetting when adding these power mods is your tranny. It will definatly need upgrading to be able to handle the extra HP and tq...

i already know i will need a better clutch but what else in a zf6 would need upgrade? and i have been leaning towards the t500 but wasnt sure if it would be up to those bigger injectors or not. my egts right now never go over 1,050 degrees with the 1.0 housing right now

^haha I remember our messages via pm's! Everybody thinks the 1.0 is so bad on egt's but 1,050* is great. Room for more fueling!

Stock housing with stage 1's on my truck in tow tune pulling my 5ton shovel I am seeing around 1100 max...

Adding more fuel and tuning and it could be an issue

Well I mean I still have the stock housing so if there is an issue I have the ability to change back
