Propane kit? or Stage 1's?

Im looking at after a chip/exhaust/intake what would be the best for fuel economy and power? Id like to have the propane kit, but cant find someone who makes one for the obs trucks. Rosewood stage 1's I imagine will hurt on the stock tranny over time but will the s1's get the same gas mileage as before (w/chip,exh,intk) and what supporting mods do I need for the propane or the stage 1's? A Innercooler? HPOP? Fuel System? Also I saw the Biggboost mod, has anyone done this mod and does it work on the 96?
Thanks
Edit: I actually found citydiesel.net anyone buy from them? and another thing was meth injection, which one is better meth or propane?

meth is to cool your egt's and raise power, propane is like nitrous for diesel, and stage 1's are full time employment system no refill required, you can get away with them with out anything other than your previously listed mods and some custom tuning, an intercooler will help if your seeing high egt's but not 100% necessary, good luck tho

I watched the powerstrokehelp.com youtube video and he sounded real convincing on the topic. Even if it doesnt get that much better gas mileage I still get more power and also larger diesels dont use it for no reason... But how much hotter does it run? Ill have a 5" exhaust will that help?

Just get an intercooler set up and tune how desired, cools egt's all the time
