Wiring up a Quad commander up to a chip

I just installed a commander and a four bank chip. I could not figure out how to wire it up correctly. It is a quad chip and quad commander but they don't send directions on how to wire the two together. If anyone has experience let me know or I will have to call quad or Larry at DPP on monday. Thanks,

Chris
