How much power?
I am going to put in a t500 pump, irate diesel efuel, and stage 1.5 injectors from rosewood this weekend.
I already have DIY intake, 3" down pipe, then straight 4" the rest the way. How much horsepower do y'all think I will have? Also who should I get my chip reburned by.

good luck. I like Tony wildman's for tunes but think any of them will do a good job.

320-350ish is my guess.

I'd say closer to 375-400 W/good tunes....
and I run, and like TW's Cary T, (OBSWIZ) can burn them for ya .... Call him : 775-835-3569 |

I too am installing stage 1.5 injectors this weekend. I would say your setup and mine should be very close to 400 hp. The stock turbo will be the limiting factor from what I am hearing. I will be doing a D66 once I get the tranny and fuel system upgraded. Also, Matt at Gearhead Diesel has some great tunes for the stage 1.5 injectors. At the last minute, I went with 175/30 over instead of the 160/30 over I had planned so once the D66 is in, the 175s should help maximize the potential of the D66.

I would say 375-400 as well.
Try Bill @ PHP too. He tuned a 01 SD with 160's stock nozzles to 400 RWHP. Matt @ Gearhead is pretty good too. |

Stage 2's do good to put down 400hp, let alone 1.5's.

There are stage 1 injected trucks laying down 375+ all day long
Depending on engine condition and tuning, 400ish is where it will land |

I like the sound of 400 lol. That what I was thinking and hoping for. I didn't get any directions for the fuel system. can someone please tell me what fuel line is the supply an what one is return? I have not had the best experience at all with irate diesel. There was a few things missing. they were small things but when you pay 1000$ for something you would think it would be top notch. I pay that much instead of doing it my self for a reason. And it back fired big time! He also said he was gona email instructions and never did!

on the engine the larger one is the supply line (3/8) and the smaller (5/16) is the return. on the frame rail both lines are 3/8 I believe the top one is the supply and the bottom one is return, but the easier way to know for sure is to trace it back
