yet another custom chip thread

Ive been trying to get as much info as possible about custom tunes for my truck before we take the camper out for a family trip.

every link i check out almost always reverts me back to super-duty and late 7.3 links to tuners that dont ever call back.

what is everyone's experience with custom tuners that truly take the info that you give them and special mods you've done into consideration when writing a tune?

who has the best customer service?

It seems that if you dont LIVE on at least 5 forums all day and know these people by facebook daily entries concerning medical issues and family dealings, you cant get help or you are treated like a jerk for not knowing about intricate family issues.

I was really looking forward to a Wildman tune. but I keep end up diverted to Stealth. do other retailers work with him?

what would be the next best option?

BTW, my best goes out to Tony's daughter.

Stealth is a Wildman vendor.
The only other one I know of is Tony's website himself, Total Diesel Performance.

Everyone will say custom tunes are the best, hands down.

I have a trip planned soon and I know he has family matters.

He's been on here write a bit lately.
But Swamps, Beans, Gearhead, Tyrant, PHP are good too

ive heard cary at ct performance can have your tunes out in 4 days max, as well as paul at cptrucks.com, but php, gearhead, and swamps ive heard good about, i have tw tho

I do apologize for not being able to get ahold of me. Raul is one of my vendors, and can get you taken care of, that said, emailing me is the best way to for me to get back, I can be on the forums but not be able to answer the phone, due to other things anyway, shoot me an email, we will get you taken care of, thanks!

Just put PHP tunes on my truck today. Love the new tunes. Upgraded from the edge programmer and will never go back. Feels like there's more power with the custom tunes and the Phoenix chip by PHP was really affordable.
