Installing MBRP 4" exhaust, any tips?
I just bought a 3" downpipe and 4" mbrp exhaust for my 96 f250. Just wondering if there is tips out there. I have heard the downpipe is the hardest part and after that everything else is easy. My first time doing the install so I thought Id ask. Thanks in advance.

Spray everything with PB or wd40 a few days in advance. Cut the old down pipe with a sawzall at the 90* and then take the "cobra head" off separately. Also I suggest an ebpv delete at the same time.

i cut my down pipe twice to get it out, make sure you have the long saw zall blade and good blades at that, i went thru 4 short ones that were cheap, but get as far down on that cobra head as you can to get it and pull the rest down

I think there is a guide in the tech files. If not just do a search on the forum and google and you will find tons of info. Great cheap easy mod.
