universal intercooler?
they're no where near as big as the stock sd ones but would probably help alot. pricing isnt too bad either. what size piping do you usually use? 3"?

If it were me I would just try and get a SD one and get custom IC pipes made for $200 and get an E99 spider and go that route. Much better IC than those.

you cant say they are a better intercooler untill you do the volume math.... the SD intercoolers are very thin while there are very thick. they may be equivlant, prolly not but you can find some smaller coolers that have the same cooling properties
