complete axle swap from 96 250 to 05 350?

i have a 96 250 with a zf5 how hard is it to swap to some 05 350 axles. cost and how much work is it

i will say it is totaly worth it..... and the price depends on how thrifty you are and the condition of the stuff you have. i would advise you to get a rolling chassis but all depends on what you can afford and find

I dont think you will find anyone that has converted to the new axles say "Nah, it wasnt worth it, I should go back to the TTB"

+1 on the rolling chassis, Then you know you have everything. Its also handy for looking at how stuff was, to know how it should go. A whole truck is good too, gives you some opportunity to sell some parts.
