I been collecting parts for my I/C install on my 96' and got quotes from local savage yards of $150 for 6.0 and $175 for 7.3. Don't know why the 7.3 was more money. I will probably get one from a salvage vs buying one online so i can look it over good before buying it, and save on shipping cost.

The 7.3 one is all aluminum, the 6.0 has plastic end caps.

FREE!!!!!!! always the best price, but 150 or less seems the going rate, ive seen a few go for $75 on CL tho, good luck

I bought a whole SD 7.3 without a box for $1000. 7.3 ran. Got the spider, IC, HPOP and fuel pump off it. Sold tranny for $200 and rear axle for $200. Should be able to get my money out of it.
