does anyone make a well packaged 10k mod?

i could have sworn i read on another forum that there was a vendor or two that sold a decectly packaged 10k resistor mod. i know its only a resistor, but id rather just buy something thats self contained and can be safely spliced in and turned on/off. honestly at this point in my life the convience is more important than saving a couble bucks and making a trip to Radio Shack. so if anyone knows of such a thing, please fill me in.. thanks.
