turbo manifold

Is there anywhere to get an upgraded turbo to heads manifold. The stock one looks like crap. Plus I've never seen one for sale online. Just and idea?. Any other ideas are welcome

The small black pipe that goes from the turbo to heads for the intake. You connect it with 3 hoseclamps. I don't know the exact name of the part

with the winch in the bumper the ic wont fit, needs a couple more inches, which is why i want a new bumper, but not sure what to do with the winch, cost to much to try and sell now and buy another later
