hrmmm... well the water meth can kinda do the same by adjusting the amount of water to the amount of meth either run 100% water to cool EGT's or run 50/50 for HP or anywhere in between to do a little of both... all I know is with his tuner and water/meth injection - he was getting better mileage in his 4wd Excursion that I Was in my 2wd F250 |

Another forum guy could not keep compression. He had run propane for around 60K and it cracked the block like a spiders web. I believe this is referred to "widowing the block". Most of the guys that have run propane have ditched it due to cylinder pressure issues. More than 40% meth with water will do the same thing. If you want pure fuel economy, the best control over that is tunes and the right foot. For power, use water to cool the turbo so you can run it back to max with more fuel. If you are going to install the propane and run the afore recommended 50/50 water meth mix, Keep us posted on when you start the rebuild...... |

I wish I could, I am being forced to sell the propane due to a cash shortage. I need the cash to finish my bronco first. I cut the firewall today so the motor can sit correctly in the engine compartment, so tomorrow or some time this week I should be able to have the drive train in line and ready to go. I will keep you guys posted.
