Istalled injectors now some proplems

I intalled my stage 2 injectors last night. I put my valvcover gaskects on upside down and am not sure if it matters because the truck runs pretty good. My main problem is im spewing out a ton of blue and white smoke and am wondering if thatll go away or if one of the injectors isnt seated right? Ive put a few miles on it already. Also im running em without a tune right now if that matters. Please help me out if you can.

How many miles is "a few?" The blue smoke should clear up after a bit.

Its been probably 5-20 miles. It smokes less i think but still smokes allot. Would installing the UVWH upside affect anything? Also im running without a tune if that helps

It'll take a bit more driving for the smoke to clear up from my experience.
I don't think it matters if the valve cover gasket is upside down at all. If it's not leaking and the injectors and glow plugs work like they should, don't sweat it.

I would guess the excess smoke to be from burning up the left over oil in the cylinders

If u were running on 4 cylinders the check engine light would be on. Did u purge the cylinders after u put the injectors in? It takes a good few miles for the air to cycle out of the hpop maybe thats the problem. And u have to get on it pretty good to clear the air thats always worked for me. Also if u did not drain the oil rails before installing them all the oil from them dumped into the cylinders which is gonna take awhile to burn off. Being untuned prob dont help much either
