E Fuel Help!!!!

So I have been doing an E fuel set up on my truck the last couple days and here is my problem, im running the fuel to the back of the heads and im only getting about 3psi of fuel pressure but if i pinch the return line for a second it will shoot up to 80 psi. has anybody alse had this problem or know what is going wrong? any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Did you use a regulator on your return side?

yes on the return side

There is a good e-fuel write up in the mod or help section here. You should check it out and see where you might have went wrong.
