E4OD Shifter

I have been looking for something like this for a long time. Anyone have any ideas where to get one for a E4OD transmission?

It's hard to tel but does that unit have a dedicated 4th/od selector? Also, is it selectable like the unit in the linked thread? I like the idea that I can choose to let the tranny shift itself. I posted in the other thread but I wonder if it acts as a full manual valve body or just a different gear selected lever. Another words, if I want to force start in third (I don't) it will.
