These are the type of fuses I like, I use em on my inverter setup ANL Fuse and Holder - DonRowe.com They are called ANL fuses.
The ones from Napa look to be the same but more industrial type housing, I like it.

I'm wondering how much of the Harness I'll be changing. I've already monkeyed with my battery set up. I have my dual batteries both on the passenger side. And I'm looking into stuffing an isolator over there too.

I've got a bunch of 6awg welding type cable, but I'm thinking I'd need to go bigger.

I'm still in La-La land with all this. Nothing major has been purchased yet.

There are pics of my battery set up in my Sig link if any one cares.

Just a little advice.I am a Fleet manager for a large Ambulance fleet. We have several of those Alternators on our older units and yes you do get right at 200 amps out of them ,but they are the most unreliable things out there.I thought it was the vendor at firstbut it wasnt.I hope you guys get good service out of yours. As far as the wireing just upgrading the main charging cable to a good welding cable and you will be golden.

I'm not trying to be a know it all but with two batteries at 850 amps each is 1700 and the alt power wire is tied right into the batteries would 215amps really kill that wire?

You're referring to the battery cables. The wire in question is the one from the alternator to the battery (starter solenoid)

I just made a 6ga jumper wire from the alternator to the Glow plug solenoid battery side, the load can go to the batteries through that and the normal alternator wire now.
The 200amp alternator also needs some longer bolts, a slightly longer belt and some grinding to the inside webbing of the factory bracket.... and other than that, it plugs right in with the same alternator plug!
Definetely worth the easy upgrade !!
