hi, i want to put a 17* in my truck but kinda wounder if i should just get a modded 17*? in the spring i will prob put bigger injectors in, but i dont know how big i wanna go right now. that why im wondering if i should just get a modded 17* right now and be done with that area. i know i can send it off and get it modded for $175 but does anyone sell a already modded 17*?

or i could just get a stock 17*. where is the cheapest place to get one? thanks

Your 95 will require the 17° internals to be swapped to the 15° housing anyway, so I would just get it modded since you'll have to send it out for the swap anyway.

We are taking orders on the new Stealth..direct bolt on for your '95

.This pump is inside of a stock hpop housing but thats where the simularities stop. All internal moving parts are new with larger higher volume pistons. On the outside the fittings have been redone and ports have been bored out to accept a larger fitting for more thread contact to prevent the threads from stripping out or blowing out under pressure, huge issue with the stock threads. Aprox 40% flow incress over a stock 17* pump!
1 year warranty
1 year prorated towards a new billet Stealth pump.

the 17* bolts right in all you have to swap is the fittings. They are the same thing. Unless you are talking about the drain back feature. You can get rid of that as well, that was on the 94 and 95 powerstrokes.

His truck is a 95... hence the reason for my post. Unless he wants to deal with stupid long crank times.

ok so is there a company that will do that with out me sending them a 17* pump as well? meaning, i would just send me pump in thats that it?

I think Stealth and TE are the only companies offering the service to swap the pump guts. If you don't have a 17° to send in then you'd have to see if they have one they'd sell you and swap the parts around on.
