Which Programmer For My Setup

I have never owned a diesel but I will be buying my first on Thursday and I am wondering what programmer will give me the best performance. Its a 96 F350 CCLB with 215K on it but its got quite a few new parts that were just replaced. He put the same turbo back in it but its new and it has a banks compressor wheel on it which as I understand is the same as a WW. The PO replaced the stock injectors with stage 1's and replaced almost all of the fuel delivery components. He just did a 5 speed swap so the tranny is new along with a new South Bend clutch the one with both organic and feramic linings. It already has pyro and boost pillar gauges along with an intake. So whats my best option for performance?
