Performance Upgrades

After 13 years of excellent service from my 1997 F 350 I have completed a list of upgrades in the past two months. It was either sell it or put some life back into the ol' boy. I love this truck it's a keeper here's what I added. Chip and gauges are in the near future....

South Bend 350 HP Clutch
Complete rebuild of front end with Heavy Duty Ball Joints / Tie Rod ends
Cat delete with 3" Down Pipe with 4" Exhaust
AFE Stage 2 Intake

Sounds good, do the clutch with your exhaust. make the top passenger bell housing bolt easier to get to.

The clutch was done before the exhaust and that down pipe is right againest the bell housing. With the 3" Dp and 4" exhaust it's alot noisier in the cab. Now I know why that stock DP was wrapped / shielded from the factory probably to reduce some of the noise? Wife isn't too happy about the noise and I told her that the price you pay for added HP which is needed to pull our Travel Trailer she overloads.
