Just wanted some advice for chips and fuel pumps. I have a 1995 F-350 crew cab long bed all stock. Please help.

As for chip, aslong as you have get a tow tune and an aggressive/race tune, thet will likely suit your needs. Most people run a 100hp DD tune, 80 Tow, 140 Race, 40 Heavy Tow, Stock, High Idle for a 6 position chip. I would recommend contacting PHP. Make sure you get at least a pyrometer. A stock superduty fuel pump will work fine until/if you do big mods and there is a write-up about it in the tech files.
