needing some help with a ts chip

ok we installed a ts 6position chip... on a 95 powerstroke...with the high idle mode...now we installed it and it smokes just a tad more...barely nething but does not run any better any ideas on what could b wrong with the truck? or the tuner...maybe it got burned wrong or something like that any help would b appreciated...thanx you

Not much can be gained from 98cc Injs. TW tunes are better than the canned TS ones.
