Tell me what you think about this combo.
So Im thinkin about puttin gauges(egt, boost, tranny temp) along with an mbrp turbo back 4 inch exhaust, an intake and a dp-tuner on my 95 stroker. Does this sound like a reliable combination? Can I put exhaust and intake on pre-tune and run ok? and last, any experience with cold starts? temperatures nearing 0 but not often?
Last is this a better idea than going with a banks kit? I know this site tends to lean away from banks, but I just want to make sure my truck stays reliable. thanks! |

I'd say that sounds like a good combo.. as long as you do it in that order. Make sure you have gauges before you add a tuner or chip. Also, yes, you can add the intake and exhaust without a chip. You will see some small gains just from doing that. Banks has good products.. they also have high prices. That's just my take. |
