High HP Turbos, H2E S400?

Just doing some research on my 500HP Build, Came across a 71mm B&W S400 Turbo, is this a bolt up turbo with comparable power to the H2E? Any other options, I'm not thrilled about the $2400 price tag on the H2E even though it may be worth it. Thanks, Pete

The S400 is not a drop in turbo, it will require the same mount kit as the H2E, which is where most of the expense of the H2E comes in. If you are diligent on Ebay and Craigslist I have found a couple H2E's for under $200.

That all depends on your injector size... If you plan on running one with a T4 flange, check out murffracing.com. He makes some darn good uppies and mount kits.
