95 f350 turbo base pedestal leaking oil

the base turbo base pedestal on top of the intake is leaking oil out of the waste-gate/warm-up valve actuator!! This motor is equipped with a banks brake system which does away with the factory waste gate set up. So this actuator, that runs off of oil pressure, is not needed. Is there a after-market piece that i can substitute for this assy? Also i know that the design changed later to a vacuum operated unit. Can i fit a later style turbo base mount (without actuator) to this motor??

thats actually not a Watergate, its a warm up valve called the exhaust back pressure valve(ebvp), they make pedistals that will remove this valve although i think you can modify your existing one to get rid of the leaking oil, ill let someone who has done this already chime in.
