why doesnt my truck smoke?
i put an edge evolution cs in my 96 psd and it doesnt blow smoke. isnt that what programmers are for?

throw the edge away,get a php,tw err sumthin like that.people will tell you that rollin coal aint cool and all that,but it is,to me any way. get bigger injectors and one of the aboved mentioned chips,it will smoke like hell...

You don't buy a programmer/chip for smoke. Excess smoke = high EGT's and wasted fuel. Most people buy them to gain power and get better fuel mileage. There is a place for rolling smoke, but just driving around on the street isn't that place.

it's definitely not as cool as some people say...I roll smoke now ( superchips 1705 ) and it's kind of just annoying to me now...it smokes I watch my fuel guage drop....the good with the bad I guess you could say but the added power is way better than the smoke.

This is not gonna turn into one of THOSE threads. We all know where it will go. I believe everyone know where I stand on blowing smoke just for the thrill of rolling coal. There is a time and a place for it and it's not just because you can or you want to "smoke out your buddies or some poor soul". If this thread continues like it is I will shut it down and the corner will fill up quickly. So don't make me have to come back in here. I hope I have made myself very clear on this matter.
