Tips on installing an Autometer Ultra-Lite pyrometer.

1. Buy two. The first one will not work.

2. They are all electric.

3. Install the thermocouple in the driver's side exhaust manifold in the bend just above the oil filter.

4. If you must have an Autometer Ultra-Lite pyrometer, then the part number is 4344.

1..... Ya try and find a better brand for gauges Like issapro and the best place is the drivers side manifold under #8 cyl. Thats were its the hottest. Just take ur time drilling and tapping. Remember the pipe taps are tapperd so tap and check your fit, tap and check your fit, so u dont over tap and end up with a loose fit...
(bc teflon wont hold up very well at 1100*...lol)
