Icp 5.6 k mod question

ive heard that if u do the icp mod to the obs 7.3 powerstrokes that if u also hav a programmer in it, it will burn the programmer up.. cause im about to instal a 5.6 in my truck to see wut it does but i have my programmer in it.. so should i take it out n do it or it'll b fine in..

You'll be fine.

Under high load/high RPM, your high pressure oil pump will be hating life though.......
