tranny/TC help

I blew out my old tranny but just picked up another one with transfer case for $600. My question is: would it be worth it to send the TC out to have it split and made into a triple disk? I wont be upgrading clutch packs, valve body or anything else. Nor will I be getting a billet converter. But would it still be worth it? Any other suggestions would be appreciated too. Thanks

any ideas? getting a full built tans in the fall but need this one to last me until then
