wicked wheel

is there a wicked wheel for a 97 psd because i cant find one on any websites. all i can find is the ones for 99.5 to 03 will that one work or not??

The 97 PSD already has the WW. 99.5 to 03 will work, but it will be exactly the same.

The 94-97 psd come stock with the same wheel(WW) the superduty guys have to upgrade to. Nice huh!

Not to steal this....but does that mean that if you can "scrounge" a compressor wheel off of and "older" PSD then it will bolt right on? I am pretty sure I can get a salvage yard type for dirt cheap. (If I am patient)

I suppose you could, but if you had to go through the removal process to get it, wouln't be worth it. Besides a wheel from an older truck at a salvage yard, may be a gamble. If you plan on doing it, I would say just buy a new one, that way you know exactly what your getting.
