Mods and Exhaust Help

Hey guys help me make a decision on my exhaust. I have limited plans for my new truck. I wnt a tuner I am thinking the edge evolution, gauges, intake and exhoust of some sort. If thats all I plan to do am I good with just straight piping it cat gone as well and a KandN in the stock box. I dont want it to be a race truck just sound and run a little better. So gauges, edge, straight pipe and KandN. what do you think.
