late 99 injectors in a obs?

budy of mine has a 96 7.3 would the injectors from a late model 99 work on his truck and would that be a better upgrade over the current injector he has ??

You would need new tuning because they are split shot injectors. Also the 15* hpop would struggle to supply enough oil in higher rpms.
