I had the same problem... When I installed my downpipe I accidently unplugged the line that leads to the MAP sensor (passenger side). Went for a test drive and I had no power. I opened the hood and noticed the line was disconnected. Hooked that line back up and all was good. Check it out.

Haven't heard of it, definitely something wrong. Opening up the exhaust on these trucks makes a big difference in performance. (but for the better) Definitely check the soft line (1/4" tubing attached to the passenger side valve cover) that goes to the MAP sensor.
And when you attached your DP, did you think to check what position the EBPV was in? If the butterfly plate isn't in a straight, open position, it would be adding restriction to the exhaust flow. (just a thought) mike |

Did you make sure the packing material was out of the exhaust tubes before installing?
