TS chip issue

Hey guys I have a 1997 F-250 and went to install a ts chip in it tonight and after install I get the wait to start light always on and no start. I cleaned the contacts like they said to. Double checked and cleaned. Works fine without the chip in. Anybody else run into this?

It is the 6 pos. If I turn it to the anti-theft setting the wait to start light doesn't come on at all. I'm sending the chip back to be re-burned. Apparently they gave me a MLE1 chip and I have a JKA3 pcm. Thanks for the help.
