What Tuner to get?

This is not for my truck but for my uncle that just bought a 97 7.3. He's mainly just going to use it for towing. It already has a 4 inch dowpipe back exhaust. He said he will just do the DIY Intake but he wants to know what tuner to get and any ideas on a good downpipe. Thanks!

well my suggestion is for him to get gauges first then a custom tuned chip like a TW... we can set him up with a package deal and add the downpipe to that price as well
