Programmer Died?

Got a 96 250 with all the mods listed in my sig. it's got a superchips 1705 programmer. it's been tuned on the high-performance setting and last night i decided to check for trouble codes. Normally, i would just plug into the data link and the programmer comes on automatically. Well now the programmer isn't doin a damn thing. Just blank screen, no beep, nothin. What could be the issue here? Did my programmer just die on me?

Check the fuse for the cig liter, it powers the OBD port.
