D60 Sway Bar Links

All right all of you D60 installers:

I have looked high and low for the brackets that attach the sway bar links to the frame. I have the links, the sway bar, and no way to attach it to the truck!

I am talking about the front sway bar for the '91 king pin Dana 60 I am working on. The sway bar came with the axle when I bought it and it was cut lose from the truck mid way on the link.

I have called Ford looking for part numbers - I have called multiple 4x4 places and searched the web without any luck. What did everyone do for their sway bars? I am living away from home in an apartment so fabbing something up would be kind of tuff.
