Amsoil dual oil filter setup

I had a buddy give me an amsoil dual oil filter setup.

I don't really know much about them.
Is it worth my time to install it?
What are the advantages?
Do I just install regular filters on it?
I am not planning on using amsoil oil.

U can just sell it to me, no just kidding, but seriously... no they work very well, stock filters at like 25 microns, and the amsoil kit filters down to 1 micron, it's added safety and u can go longer between changes

Anyone know if I just use 2 regular filters on it?

I have seen pictures of it mounted on the frame rail. But I have also seen them mounted up high in the engine compartment.

The frame rail seems easiest. So unless there are any reasons it shouldn't go there, that is where it will go.

you use one regular filter and one amsoil filter(or equivelant) thats rated at a lower micron
