FPR Shim

This may be a dumb question but once I get my gauges put in, boost, EGT, and fuel pressure, will that read the pressure that you guys say to check for when doing the shim? I don't know when I will get the gauges in but when I do I'm sure I'll be looking for something else to do and I was leaning towards the FPR shim. There are a couple good write-ups but I was just curious if the pressure gauge will do the same as the ones people are using when they do the mod. I figure is will but I want to be sure.

Well hope this answers your Question. When you hook up your Eletric Fuel pressure sending unit hook it up in place of where the schrader valve was. Your pressure stock should be around 45-55 PSI but it will jumb around because of the mechanical fuel pump after the shim it goes from 60-75 PSI jumping around. I really didn't notice anything except for the pressure jump when doing this mod. Good Luck
