OBS intecooler

Okay I'm going to install my intercooler this saturday. I have the IC, the pipes, the boots, clamps, and the intake spider

My question is how does it mount up? I have seen where you mount the top of it to the truck but that doesnt seem like enough to hold it in place? Seems like there needs to be something else that just connecting those 2 top holes to the truck.

hardest part is cutting the holes in the rad suport. plasma cutter or sawsall works well.
and pulling the front end off the truck.

well it should be to tough. I can pull the front very easily and i've got a sawzall with me!

Hey yeah you too! If you need any help with the injector install give me a call... I can walk you through it, its pretty simple but there are a couple hick-ups with any job!

I just mounted mine with homemade brakets with the 2 spots up top. The IC has rubber feet that sit on the frame (7.3 IC)

The 6.0ic doesn't or do they mount totally differently?

I dont think mine has feet that sit on the frame rail. I need brackets for the top and the sides!

got it all mounted up!!

But the pipes are being custom built so i can have very little boots needed.

Anyone wanting to do this plan one entire day literally for mounting it and putting it back together
