Question 3 inch downpipe?

Are there any writeups for installing a 3in downpipe? I am about to get started on my 96 psd. I already know its going to be a pain in the rear!

Bend the factory firewall seam out of the way in the area where the downpipe goes and it will fit. It is suggested that you put a jack under the body on the passenger side and jack just the body up as far as it will go to aid in installing the downpipe.

LOL, im doin a clutch here real soon, so I get to install my downpipe with the trans out! I'll see when i get in there, maybe take some pics for the forum to show fitment.

the biggest part I've heard is cutting the downpipe in 2 pieces, so it will come out of the truck easier.

I actually just finished and took it to a muffler shop and had them put straight pipes on it. Sounds a lot better now
