PHP chip question...

Ok i have had the PHP chip in for a little while now, before i had that in i was just running a superchip 1705 programmer. As far as power difference goes there is no comparison... My issue is this, i'll try to explain it...

I don't like how my throttle 'feels' now and the engine sounds more noisy (clattery) I'm not running it balls to the wall right now beacause my I/C isnt in yet and i haven't done headgaskets and studs yet.

Does this make sense to anyone...? and are the other tuners for the ts style chip a better bet? The throttle i'll get used to, i figure its just a different response feel with a different chip. Whats really getting me is the rattliness of it now especially when i ease into it. Its suddenly began to sound like one with 400k on it (at least to me, inside the cab)

Is it possible that its my 160cc's really doing what they were meant to do... or am i just real paranoid... i fuss over this truck constantly

Hopefully i'm just a nervous-ninny

If you have any trouble getting through (our phones ring fairly constantly throughout the day), you can always send me an e-mail with your name, and I can have Bill give you a shout in the evening when the phones slow down. If there's something that needs to be addressed in the tuning, he'll be happy to do that for you. If you choose to send it to us to be tweaked, we even pick up the shipping to send it back to ya!

As for other tuners, there are LOTS of them that are great at what they do -- Tony (TDP), Jonathan (Beans), Matt (Gearhead) are just a few.
