Need transmission part recomendations for rebuild

Alrighty everyone Im finally going to get my tranny overhauled and need adivce on what parts/kits to buy. I came across a deal I cannot refuse, all I have to buy is parts and labor is free. I want to get performance replacements like clutches and whatnot but have no clue what to get.
I need all the help I can get. I have a decent amount of time to gather the parts and money.... cash is tight but ill save up.
Just start shooting me some ideas and what would be the best route to go, and so you all know I would get a bts if money permitted but making under 5 grand a year its not possible.
Thanks Mark

Precision Industries - Stallion is the converter in my tranny, along with a trans go tugger shift kit, and other goodies.

Give John Wood a call. I called him yesterday and I feel like I gained about 50 points in transmission IQ and all I asked about was a valve body. Check out his website http://jwtt.com/
