17* pump

I know there are tons of posts about the 17* HPOP, I am just curious if there is a write up on installing one on a 96?

Also, where is the best place to buy one? I don't plan on going with anything bigger then stage 1's so all I should need is a stock 17* pump.

I would contact Joey at Terminator Engineering. I am very happy with his modded 17* in my truck, and only plan on stage 1's as well, but the pump will support more if you change your mind.
Joey is a great guy to talk to and will answer your questions.

I would try to find a good deal on ebay then send it to joey at terminator engineering like said above. I found one on ebay for 150 shipped and only had 70,000 miles on it!

not hard to do. Good upgrade over the *15 pump. I run Stage 2's with a stock *17 pump and everything is good. Maybe eventually I'll get it modded.

I don't really see a need to have to spend the extra money to have one modded as I know im only going with stage 1s.

I think just a stock 17* should be fine.

wasn't meaning you should get it modded sorry. I was saying maybe I'll get mine modded sometime. But next time I do anything with the HPOP system I'll probably be either going Stealth Pump or running 2 *17 pumps
