Turbo for an OBS (my truck)

Okay guys I am really stuck/confused with all of these turbo's out there and what i should run!
My goal is about 450hp and i will be running hybrids to get there!

Options:

D-66 from beans (i would buy new if i got this): $1200

H2E (a stock one for now): used for $500+mounting kit

38r: $1500+conversion kit to convert to SD stuff....

Anything else i should think about? Whats your preference?
What will run best with my setup right now? stage 1's and such
