exhaust troubles

finally got what i though was the correct exhaust for my truck yesterday and went to install (cut all the old off) and came to find out afe is the only company in the world that sells kits for either auto or manual. Down pipe will not clear transmission bell housing so now its back to the waiting game and cant drive the truck
