New Injectors
A buddy of mine has a 2000, with stock injectors, and mine are stock. He wants to trade sticks. He's wanting to turn mine into hybrids, and give me his stockers. What do you guys think? And what all would I need in order to run these things? Would the truck run without a tuner on it, or should I have it tuned? I know I'll need to tune it in order to get the full potential out of them...

Your gonna be throwing a CEL a lot, those split shots and 15* pump are not gonna like eachother. I would suggest tuning

I agree^^^ they need to be tuned to run properly...just what I've heard. Dont know much about it personally.

Its just a matter of the HPOP not being able to keep up with those split shots, they will be starving for oil and thats not good for the injectors at all, you will really need a 17*

alright, well were not planning on this till spring/summer so we both have the money for mods to keep up, I can have my HPOP rebuilt to 17* right?

I would waste time or money trying to do that, search around on ebay and 17*s will pop up. I got one for 150
