new shocks

im looking for some new shocks for the truck in my sig. i dont exactly drive it like a grandma lol. i dont tow much but fill the bed to the top with firewood, dirt... so it a work truck, my DD, farm truck. so what do you guys recommend? i think adjustable in the back would be cool. but i really dont know a much about shocks at all.
