For 1999 to 03 dana 60 are different though right (as in drive shafts and yokes), i would have to get one in the 90's for my obs right?

not sure of the ujoint size but i would get an older one that was a king pin style.

it can be done with a super duty axle but your best bet is using one off of the same generation of truck. call up junkyards locally, thats the best place to get one.
