im needing advice and help
a buddie and i jus recently bought us two 97 powerstrokes and was wondering how in the heck do u install a resistor we have recently sold our first gen cummins's to get these and well the funds ran low and we want smoke like they did and was wondering what the cheepest was it was to get them to smoke good with out sepending alot of money hope we can find answers!!!!!!

when looking a the ICP sensor from the drivers side the resistor goes in the two wires closest to you, 5.6 resistor worked the best IMO.
but if you want smoke get a custom tuned chip |

well my truck has a ts140 6pos on it but i was wondering if i could put a resistor on it with that on there?

I supose you could but I think it would be pointless
I have heard of the 10k mod frying chips too... also if you have a ts chip you could have custom tunes put on it if it dosnt already. |

ok ill check into it lol im going from a 92 cummins that had a p7100 on it and a hybrid charger and was puttin around 650hp to the ground to a 97 3/4 ton stroke
