Question about exhaust
I have a 1995 F-350 CC. I wanted to delete my cat and muffler, but I want to know if it would still pass a Texas inspection. Any info? Thanks

I have a 96 F250 registered in Washington State, and since the GVWR is over 8500 i am not required to have a muffler or cat as long as it passes a visual test (I.E. little to no smoke on acceleration) I am currently stationed in Florida but these were the laws before i left, maybe someone can provide updated info here or more specifically to Texas.

Try looking up your state laws on google... Most shops will pass you I have heard of places couting the turbo as a muffler.
